ASN Digitals sells digital products that are delivered electronically. Because these products are made available instantly after purchase, all sales are considered final.

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Failure to read product descriptions
• Incompatibility with personal devices or software
• Misunderstanding of product contents

We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions before purchasing.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• The file was not delivered properly
• The file is corrupted or inaccessible
• The customer was charged multiple times for the same product
